Background of a self esteem journey

For way too many years than I care to count, I felt that something was “missing” in my life. To put it bluntly my life really wasn’t working. I heard and read the words “how to build self self esteem” . But it always came with some psychological mumbo jumbo definition. Which I just couldn’t get my head wrapped around. Occasionally I had these “brief” glimpses of brilliance. Yet for the most part these “flashes” were short lived at best. If you looked up “getting your act together” in the dictionary, you would have seen my picture. So much for “Mr Potential”!!!!

And it certainly wasn’t from a lack of trying. I read, and re-read, so many self help books, that Border’s had a “reserved” chair set aside for me. I attended numerous workshops, seminars, personal coaching, different diets, tape programs, etc. I think you get the picture. And sometime I would get results, and most times any improvement or changes were short-lived.

Then approximately 3 years ago, I was turned onto a personal development program that actually delivered on what it promised. As a matter of fact I felt a difference on the very first day I used it. After my first go around I thought to myself, “this is it”!!!! “This is exactly what I have been looking for”.

Let me be clear about one thing. My Intention is to share some different tools and resources which have made a HUGE impact on my life These have allowed me to make changes in my behavours, habit, beliefs and how I dealt with certain subjects in my life. Which equal much different results. And I will share these shifts, transformations, and breakthroughs as we move forward.

Some of these tools come with a money back guarantee. Which means you can try it for a certain time frame, to see if it does work for you. Others resources cost money. A question I would suggest you ask yourself is, “am I worth this investment in myself”? And only you can answer that very important question. I will share with you what I like, and also what I don’t like about each of these. From the perspective of a regular person just looking to improve themselves, and their life. In other words I am not a “Tony Robbins” type. Nothing against Tony. My theory is personal development and self help programs are like Baskin Robbin’s ice cream. The reason they have 31 plus flavors is because not everyone likes chocolate or vanilla.

These are tools and resources are things which have worked for me. If what I am talking about resonates with you, I recommend you check it out to see if it is a good match for what you want to accomplish in your life. If it doesn’t resonate with you, I strongly urge you to discard it.

I wish I had found this technology, and these tools and resources years ago, because I would have avoided, and eliminated a lot of stress, and crap in my life. But I digress. That was then, and this is now. One of my favorite sayings is, “when the student is ready, the teacher will appear”. And if you are reading this, it’s possible that could be the case for you as well. So lets gets started on this journey on how to build self esteem, in a permanent and long lasting manner.
